  Went through the drive thru this morning around 7:45am. I ordered a large hazelnut latte with almond milk. The lady repeated the order to me twice over the speaker. When I arrived at the window, the gentleman handed me a cup & scanned my phone for payment. I got to work & took a sip.... It's just regular black coffee with no sugar or anything in it, and it tastes burnt. Seriously? Not only did you not even come close to what I had ordered, but it tastes like garbage. Truly disappointed with my experience here.

  Really bad costumer service, first of all i asked for a cappuccino with a shot of french vanilla and did not get the shot of vanilla i asked for. I called, to you know let them know i did not get it and the manager told me to just add sugar to it. Excuse me? but if i paid 4 dollars for this "coffee" i should off at least had given a free coffe next time, but no he did not even apologize nor did he offer me an extra coffee. He later told me to drop if off later to see if they could fix it for me. I've gotten this cappuccino before and did not taste anything like it how can they tell me they did add the vanilla shot? .I've worked for costumer service before and this is not acceptable. Very bad service. And plus when ever you buy a donut, they never put a napkin nor a paper to hold on to it they just throw it in the bag how it is.

  They didn't have the vanilla bean coolatta I came here for. The guy at the cash register was very pushy about me ordering something else. I also got a turkey ciabatta sandwich. I bit into it and globs of sauce spilled everywhere. It tasted really gross and I gave the rest to my husband.
  
  Spunky Dunkers is around the corner. Save yourself some disappointment and go there for doughnuts and coffee.
